ROANOKE, Va. – A miscommunication about transportation resulted in a Roanoke kindergartener being dropped off at an apartment complex near I-581, which resulted in worried parents and school staff.
The student’s mother said the following about the incident:
“He didn’t have a bus pass to even get on the bus to begin with. He’s a car rider, and then the fact that the bus driver let him off here, she didn’t even notice if there was a parent here to receive him off the bus.”…
