It’s official 2 Clucks, the fast-casual fried chicken spot serving up burgers, shakes and fries is now open.
The new concept centers around what owner Anesh Bodasing calls a “core four” menu — fried chicken, burgers, fries and shakes —with the hope that a simple, well-executed lineup will keep customers coming back and encourage them to explore more of the menu over time.
