NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Funeral arrangements have been announced for the teenager who died after falling inside New Orleans’ Plaza Tower.
Jacque St. Ann, a 17-year-old Belle Chasse High School student, and a group of friends entered the abandoned building in the 1000 block of Howard Avenue.

The group reportedly went to a high level and attempted to go higher when Jacque fell. He was pronounced dead on the scene by NOLA EMS.
