A Cokato man is facing felony kidnapping charges after allegedly trying to abduct a woman outside a Golden Valley neurology clinic.
On Monday, officers were called to the Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology off Golden Valley Road and found a woman being treated with eye wash in front of the building.
