WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A man’s body was pulled from the KDOT East Lake on Friday afternoon. The lake is located near 45th and Hydraulic, south of Park City.
Branden Stitt, a public information officer with the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office, said around 1:45 p.m., someone came out to fish on the lake when they discovered the man’s body in the water and called 911.
“This is a common area for people to go fishing, and so, it could be someone fishing. It’s too early, we just don’t know. It’s too early to make any type of speculation,” Stitt said regarding the investigation…
