PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Considered one of Oregon’s biggest summer celebrations of Mexican culture, Fiesta Mexicana is taking over Legion Park in Woodburn for three days.
The festival, which runs Friday, August 21 through Sunday, August 23, features dozens of vendors offering authentic Mexican foods, artisan vendors, informational booths and live entertainment.
