PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A man is dead after an officer shot him during an incident late Friday night in the Morningside area, officials said.
According to the Prince George’s County Police Department, the investigation began shortly after 11:30 p.m. Friday, when officers saw two vehicles near Suitland Road, Randolph Road and Reamy Drive.
Police said the officers followed the two vehicles in marked police cruisers, and the vehicles turned onto Reamy Drive, “a narrow, dimly lit-dead-end street.”
