GUILDERLAND — The Guilderland Town Board this week gave a 72-unit affordable-housing proposal everything it needed to keep its state financing application alive, but not before board members told the project’s developer that his planned unit development as presented didn’t constitute much of a planned unit development.
The board on Tuesday voted, 5 to 0, to issue a negative declaration under the State Environmental Quality Review Act for what is being called on paper at least the Guilderland Residences Planned Unit Development at 6 and 10 Mercy Care Lane.
