LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – No sidewalks. No crosswalk. A three-way intersection. Drivers rolling through stop signs. All these factors have created a “dangerous situation” for JCPS students at their assigned bus stop.
“It’s ridiculous that they have placed that bus stop just here. I mean, it doesn’t make any sense,” Paula Prassolo, the grandmother of one of those bus riders, said.
Paula would know. Since the start of school, she has witnessed multiple drivers, on different days, drive through a stop sign at the Cooper Chapel Road bus stop and into the lane students cross to board the bus. Three different times, the incidents were caught on camera…
