CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A mother has filed a lawsuit against the Charleston County School District and Harbor View Elementary School, alleging staff members used excessive force to physically restrain her autistic child.
The suit says the incident caused the student to soil themselves and suffer physical injuries.
