COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — A man has been killed in a Columbus homicide that took place in the 2100 block of Shelby Street on Saturday night, according to the Columbus Police Department (CPD).
Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan says the victim has been identified as 24-year-old, Demarcus Grimes, who suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
Grimes was pronounced dead at the emergency room after being taken to Piedmont hospital.
