ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The police have released photos of a man in connection with a theft investigation in Tower Grove East to attempt to identify who he may be.

Police say he is a Black man with tattoos on his face, hands and forearms. This investigation is connected to multiple incidents, including the one incident where an e-bike was stolen and another where a moped was stolen.
