Child hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after Norfolk hit and run

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk Police are investigating a hit and run involving a child that occurred Saturday night.

According to officials, officers were dispatched to the intersection of West 40th Street and Bowdens Ferry Road around 10:25 p.m.

Upon arrival, crews located a juvenile male that had been hit by a vehicle. He was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
