PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing woman last seen earlier this week.
Virginia Maldonado, 40, of Philadelphia, was last seen at 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 19 on the 3900 block of Baring Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Maldonado is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair…
