A Kansas City, Kansas, police officer shot and killed an armed suspect early Sunday morning. Police have identified the suspect as 19-year-old Leonel Lozoya-Esparza of Kansas City, Kansas.
The Kansas Bureau of Investigation says officers were called to the 500 block of Ohio Avenue at 12:27 a.m. for a noise complaint, then again 20 minutes later on a report of shots fired.
