Five people were transported to local hospitals after a vehicle slammed into a fire hydrant and a building in San Francisco on Sunday, a fire department official said.
Seven people were involved in the two vehicle crash that occurred around 11 a.m. near Van Ness Avenue and Ellis Street, all with minor injuries, San Francisco Fire Department Capt. Mariano Elias said. Two declined ambulance services.
