A new wing and renovated giant-screen theater is coming to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science in September, thanks to the largest private donation in its history.
The $20 million donation from the Sturm Family Foundation, which was made in March of last year, has gone toward an overall renovation of the East Wing, including refreshing the former Phipps theater, lobby and plaza.
