NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WJBF) – A Charlotte man was bitten by an alligator while training for the Ironman Triathlon in the Savannah River.
Reports say on August 23rd, the victim was swimming near Shoreline Drive in Hammonds Ferry and felt something hit his upper right arm as he was pulled underwater.
