A suspect is in custody for his role in a fatal shooting at a far east side motel in early August, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Sheldon Roberts, 28, was found dead at the Budget 8 Inn, 6850 E. 21st St., around 7:40 p.m. Aug. 10.
