As Glenville’s stock of older — and largely historic — buildings continues to shrink, new construction is rushing to fill some of the lost supply. Much of that development aims to cater to specific needs, such as for seniors, veterans, or individuals with disabilities.
The scattered-site Parkside Homes development addresses a slightly broader need, creating an affordable path to homeownership for households leasing one of its 55 new construction infill homes.
Developed by nonprofit CHN Housing Partners and designed by City Architecture, both of Cleveland, the new single-family residences have been completed in the East Side neighborhoods of Glenville, Hough and Buckeye-Shaker.
