Driver Dies After Dodge Charger Slams Into I-95 Barrier, Bursts Into Flames: PA State Police

A driver died after a Dodge Charger slammed into a concrete barrier and burst into flames on Interstate 95 Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, Aug. 24.

The single-vehicle crash happened on I-95 North near mile marker 23 in Philadelphia at approximately 2:05 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, according to Trooper Paul Holdefer.

Troopers arriving at the scene found a black Dodge Charger that had struck the left concrete barrier and was partially engulfed in flames, Holdefer said…
