Developers are eyeing the site of a three-story office building near West Towne Mall for a major housing redevelopment, prompting concerns from residents and the area’s City Council representative.
RFA, a Canada-based firm, submitted preliminary plans this summer that would demolish the UW Health administrative office at 301 S.
