Webster University Introduces “Fast Track” Program To Address Regional Nursing Shortage

Webster University recently announced a new program to fast track those who want to become nurses.

The institution is teaming up with prestigious nursing school Barnes-Jewish College Goldfarb School of Nursing for a new, direct pathway called “Direct-Admit BSN,” which will transform the nursing program at both schools.

Starting this fall, students will be able to graduate with their required bachelor’s degree in biology and a bachelor’s of science in nursing — all in the span of four years or less, accelerating their journey to becoming registered nurses…
