A dust storm warning covering most of the Valley from Avondale to Mesa and much of north Phoenix was issued through 9:30 p.m. Sunday night.
The National Weather Service warned of near-zero visibility, as storms worked their way northwest from the Pinal County area after the storm system was above Tucson earlier in the day.
