WAIPAHU, Hawaii (Island News) – An investigation into reckless endangering has been launched following the discovery of a bullet that shattered a window Sunday evening in Waipahu.
Officers with the Honolulu Police Department (HPD) responded to a home on Hanauna St. around 7 p.m. after a report of a crashing sound and a broken window.
