BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Two men from Florida admitted to conspiracy to commit mail fraud in a multimillion-dollar scheme between August 2020 and July 2022, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said Monday.
Officials said 32-year-old Alec Dierna and 40-year-old John Engler, both from Boca Raton, Florida, conspired to defraud several companies across the U.S. with five other individuals.
