CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A 19-year-old woman was arrested and charged after she allegedly stole and cashed lottery tickets while working at a Circle K located in Charleston.
Kelis Cordasha Haynes was arrested on Aug. 18 and charged with three counts of intent to defraud, counterfeit game tickets following an investigation requested by the South Carolina Education Lottery.
According to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division investigation, on Feb. 16, Feb. 24 and Feb. 25 Haynes stole and cashed several South Carolina Education Lottery tickets at a Circle K located on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard in Charleston…
