A wanted Cleveland man, 25, was detained outside the Red Roof Inn, 17555 Bagley Road, around 10:30 a.m. on August 6.
Police had been keeping an eye on Motel 6, 7219 Engle Road, and spotted the man walking from Red Roof to Motel 6. He was texting from his phone.
The man then began going back toward the Red Roof. He noticed officers and kept looking at them…
