CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Multiple police officers surrounded a home on the city’s West side Monday afternoon, after a wanted man barricaded himself inside.
This started around 1 p.m. in the 3300 block of W. 46th St., in the city’s Stockyards neighborhood.
