One person is dead after investigators said the driver in a single-car crash lost control and went off the road.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office said crews were called out to that crash on Route 20 in the Town of Sheridan Saturday afternoon just before 3 pm.

Prior to the crash, deputies said the driver, identified as 24-year-old Andre Rosario of Silver Creek, was heading west on Route 20, then lost control and went off the road.
Rosario was transported from the scene by EMS but would later succumb to his injuries…
