SMITHFIELD — KS Bank plans to open a full-service financial center in downtown Roseboro in November, restoring in-person banking services to the community after nearly four years without a local bank branch.
The branch, at 201 E. Roseboro St., will be KS Bank’s first location in Sampson County and its 13th financial center.
