Bay Area hospitality veteran Shekoh Moossavi said her almost 31-year culinary career has taken her to different corners of the industry.
The Dogpatch chocolatier has in the past managed her own restaurants, operated a wholesale food business, cooked at a five-star luxury hotel, and — for a time — taught at culinary institutions.
