SUNNYVALE — Fortinet has spent nearly $400 million in a shopping spree for South Bay sites in recent years, but one of the company’s real estate acquisitions might find a new mission as a housing development.
City Ventures seeks to develop 137 townhouses, including some affordable units, at 1484 Kifer Road in Sunnyvale, a site that Fortinet bought in 2021 for $44 million, according to Santa Clara County real estate files.
