LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Mosquitoes carrying the West Nile virus were found in nine more Louisville neighborhoods.
The Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness said Monday the mosquitoes were found in monitoring traps in the following neighborhoods:
- Old Louisville
- Saint Joseph
- Rockford Lane
- Upper Hunters Trace
- Shively
- St. Denis
- Shawnee/River Park
- Portland
- California
Health officials said mosquito fogging will take place Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, weather permitting, during the early morning or evening hours.
