NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — The Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News welcomed its 2,026th baby of the year on Saturday.
Winter Stokes arrived at 4:51 p.m. He weighs 8 pounds, 6.4 ounces and is 21 inches long.
Recognition of the milestone is part of the hospital’s new special tradition, Tree of Life. It is a heartfelt wall display honoring every baby welcomed at the medical facility throughout the year.
