NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Monticello Avenue will be closed Monday due to drainage repairs at the Wells Theatre in Norfolk.
Beginning at 9 a.m., Southbound Monticello Avenue between Market Street and Tazewell Street will be shut down to traffic and pedestrians.
