Four people were rushed to the hospital, including two in critical condition, following a multi-vehicle incident on I-15 in San Diego on Friday afternoon.
At roughly 2:10 p.m., a crash occurred on the southbound lanes of the 15 highway near Clairemont Mesa Boulevard. According to California Highway Patrol and photographs recorded at the site, four vehicles were involved: a silver Toyota truck, a silver SUV, a dark blue Lexus SUV, and a silver sedan.
According to San Diego Fire and Rescue, four persons were sent to hospitals as a result of the incident, two of whom were critically injured. One individual had to be rescued from their vehicle, and their health is unclear, officials said…
