PLATTSMOUTH – Noe Ramirez Jr., 30, of Greeley, Colo., is charged with possession of 18 grams of cocaine with intent to deliver on Aug. 18.
An arrest affidavit says law enforcement was alerted to a Dodge Ram pickup failing to pay the toll at the Plattsmouth bridge and a deputy seeing a matching pickup waiting to turn onto Highway 75 near Highway 66.
A sheriff’s deputy and Plattsmouth police searched the vehicle and say cocaine, a scale and plastic bags were found. The affidavit says Ramirez told police he crossed a bridge, but did not know a toll had to be paid…
