HUTCHINSON, Kan. (KWCH) – The Kansas State Fair confirmed that the Dallas-based rapper BigXthaPlug is still set to perform in Hutchinson in about three weeks following his arrest Friday in Allen, Texas.
Records show that the 28-year-old rapper, whose legal name is Xavier Darnell Landrum, was booked on charges of driving while intoxicated, marijuana possession and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Records show that Landrum was released from jail in Collin County, Texas, on Saturday and made it to Des Moines that night to perform at the Iowa State Fair. His arrest kept the country-rap headliner from performing Friday night at a country music festival in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada…
