ST. LOUIS – All lanes are closed on a portion of Interstate 55 Monday morning after a person was struck and killed in south St. Louis.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the crash occurred around 5:10 a.m. on northbound I-55 at Arsenal Street.
