ST. LOUIS – The Greater Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church just recently finished paying off the roof that was damaged from last year’s tornado.
“The tornado set us back probably a good $25,000,” Reverend N.L. Grice said.
And just when the church was beginning to feel whole again, disaster struck once more. The air-conditioning units atop the church roof had been stolen.
