TULSA, Okla. — On Monday, Tulsa Mayor Monroe Nichols honored a City of Tulsa Water & Sewer employee with the City Star Award for his lifesaving action.
The City Star Award is given to city employees for their work and efforts to better the safety culture of Tulsa. The award is part of a safety recognition program through the City of Tulsa.
