Arizona State University’s School of Counseling and Counseling Psychology Low-Cost Autism, ADHD and Learning Disorder Evaluations Available Beginning August 2026

(PHOENIX – Aug. 21, 2026) – Appointments are now available for low-cost psychological assessments through Arizona State University’s Counseling Training Center (CTC). Open to individuals ages 8 and older, the new service will be offered starting in August 2026 at the CTC located at ASU’s Polytechnic campus location in Mesa, expanding access to affordable diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and learning disorders.

The psychological assessment program, which serves as an advanced clinical training environment for doctoral student clinicians, provides comprehensive evaluations at a fraction of the cost typically found in the private market.

Individuals seeking an ADHD evaluation may receive a comprehensive assessment for $400. Combined ADHD and learning disorder evaluations are available for $600, while autism spectrum assessments are also offered for $600. Comparable evaluations in the local market average approximately $3,500.
