Atlanta is where the PGA Tour season ends, but East Lake Golf Club is still figuring out exactly what it wants to be.

That sounds strange for a golf course with more than a century of history, yet the version of East Lake awaiting the 30 players at this week’s TOUR Championship continues to evolve following Andrew Green’s sweeping 2023-24 renovation. The major construction is finished, but the refinement is not.
