People have been climbing out of New York City manholes in the middle of the night, and detectives now believe they have an explanation for at least some of the city’s recent underground visitors.
The latest video was recorded near Penn Station and Madison Square Garden shortly after 4 a.m. on Aug. 18. It shows three people wearing dark clothing and headlamps emerging one after another from a manhole on Seventh Avenue near West 32nd Street.
The New York Police Department is investigating the incident and reviewing surveillance footage to identify the three people, according to ABC7. No arrests have been made in the latest case…
