CLEVELAND — A 27-year-old man wanted on fleeing and eluding charges and parole violations was arrested Monday after an hourslong standoff at a home on Cleveland’s West Side, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
Members of the task force arrested Thomas Spurlock after he barricaded himself inside the basement of a home on West 46th Street, north of Storer Avenue in the city’s Stockyards neighborhood, officials said.
