JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – MDOT will be announcing a major project on Tuesday that is expected to impact Central Mississippi in the near future.
While no details were given about the project announcement scheduled for Tuesday, MDOT previously published a project on their website’s project list that will include multiple bridges on I-20 in Jackson that is expected to last years.
That project will stretch from Wiggins Road to The Stack and is expected to require multiple weeks-long closures of Interstate 20 to allow crews to safely complete bridge work.
