WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The Kansas Humane Society in north Wichita released the results from its ‘Clear the Shelter’ event.
The event was held over the weekend and allowed people to adopt any cat or dog and pay no adoption fee, so long as the animal was over one year old.
In just three days, the humane society was able to find homes for 158 pets. Someone also reclaimed a dog over the weekend…
