LARCHWOOD—A 33-year-old Sioux Falls, SD, woman was arrested about 9:50 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10, at Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort northwest of Larchwood on charges of third-degree theft, unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,500, and first-offense possession of a controlled substance — marijuana.
The arrest of Carol Ann Whitman stemmed from a report of her taking items from another Sioux Falls woman, according to the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation.
