PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Summer heat continues Tuesday as a cooling trend brings the chance of moisture back to the Pacific Northwest later in the week.
Another round of sunshine and above-average temperatures returns today along the Willamette Valley. Highs will return to the mid-to-upper 80s, with the warmest air found across the greater Portland-Vancouver area.
